I live in Florida, have been unemployed or unable to find full-time work for almost two years, and for about six months of that I was injured badly and when I get back on my feet for about the last 3 mos, I move to Orlando from the country, find a job, and scrimped enough to pay my back property tax, a mobile home lot, these vampires jump on and put a hold on my savings account, (AND a two week direct deposit paycheck that I could not get stopped in time). This was Dec. 1st, and it put me in such a bind at first that I was almost evicted from my tiny efficiency where I had moved to in order to work 45 miles away and I had trouble raising the money to eat or get to work even. I’ve filed a request with the Polk County FL Clerk of Court where the garnishment(hold) was done, but I’m so angry about this. I make $8.50 an hr. now, about 36 hrs. a week and I’m barely surviving as it is. I’m looking for some kind of advocate. Legal Aid in Orlando declined my request for help because I own this small lot in another county, which I am in danger of losing if I can’t get my $2000 freed up from these bloodsuckers. I have no money, I have $38 total until the 1st of Jan. 2010. I can’t believe that in this economy right now, that the bank and the court allowed this to happen. I’m awaiting my hearing date now.

Qustion couple of days ago this idiot wanted people to provide him legal advice in the area of Tax Law on the issue of an S Corporation, which I expect he probably intended to follow.and wanted to avoid paying a competent qualified attorney to answer to get accurate legal advice. i have a outstanding attorney bill that i have not paid off yet and it says for the stimulus rebate that if you have any out standing non tax federal debts they will use that money to pay on that. Is Attorneys fees considered a non tax federal debt?

Shocked I slipped into a depression as I was working full time taking care of everything from the bills to our son; Many nights she would never come home as my nervousness increased every minute she was not home I one night went to look for her after I had drank only a few drinks; I received a 90 day sentence in New york state for Drinking while driving everything is documented that I was looking for my wife that night. I had made arragements for my son to stay with my brother and even signed custody to him com-pletly so my now x wife could not harm my son as she had gone soooo far to sell the shoes off my sons feet. The department of Social Services talked me into leaving our son with her and the little girl I was unsure was mine as I was confronted by a police officer to learn my wife was a prostitue, as she had just got out of rehab the department of social services assured me she was cured and they swore that they would check on her 3 times a week, they never did. During my incarceration my son and I guess daughter was taken from her and placed in care of her step mother and maturnal mother. I was visted by the department of SS in jail to learn of this and they asked me if it was ok for the children to stay where they were untill my time was done,by agreeing to this and to place this in affect I was asked to sign a voluntary placement agreement which I did. They explained to me that by signing the voluntary placement
agreement that a court date would be made to make this agreement go into affect but by the time the date would come I would be out and be able to get my children. I did get out and was placed on probation unable to leave the county. Stricked orders. When I got out I called my x’s mother and step mother and they refused to give my children back. I wanted for the court day that was to put the agreement into affect; at that time I thought it was called temporary custoday and when the court day arrived I told the judge that I gave them temporary custoday, the judge said there is no such thing as temporary custoday and that if the children were not residing in his county that a case would need to be opened in the county were my children were staying. The grandmothers then opened a case against me. My son now lives with me since last year as his grandmother says she prayed about it and let him finally come with my me my new faithful wife and our two children. i was granted no releaf and DSS did not attempt to keep contact with my children and I. Im tired. again suicidal as I cant to once again be apart from my family as I dealt with 10 years ago. NYS did not follow any of there own laws granting me any relief.
