Don’t you think we should all pay the same Income tax?

15 May

Doctors and Lawyers all work hard to earn that amount of money and they go to school for a very long time. Lesser jobs don’t take that long but they don’t make a modicum of money either.

Buyer wants to buy on contract starting Nov ending in May. Worried not binding & don’t want to start over?

06 May

A buyer has made an offer using a contract for deed; house is 239,900; want to put 1000 earnest money; get an FHA loan (he has been pre-approved for FHA as well as conventional) and we are worried that come next May if he didn’t get the money we would get the house back. He will make $1100 monthly payments for 6 months, 600 going to the house, rest to taxes and insurance. If this falls through, we do not want to go through litigation.
Can’t get blood out of a turnip they say. It is our only solid offer. Would it be better to pass on this and keep marketing and try to get a buyer who can buy now? Most have houses to sell which is a problem as well. Buyer also wants an FHA mortgage which I understand the appraisal is much harder to pass. Our house is nice but it could be a problem.

We do have an attorney but I still worry that any contract could be broken.

We have no mortgage on the house but we have purchased another one which we would like to move into. No mortgage on that one as well but keeping up with utilities, taxes and insurance on both homes can be costly.

Federal tax return went to my ex for back support….problem…I don’t owe any? Now what can I do?

24 Apr

Ok I am freaking out. My ex and I have been in and out of court for years for our 2 children. At one point I owed him money and they put an offset on my taxes, a lien on my car, and garnished my wages. The judge ordered that it stop because while I did owe him for a short period, my kids live with me and he pays nothing. We go back to court 2/17/10 because he owes me over 5000.00 for last year alone. My state return is on hold and my federal went to pay back TANF that he collected when my kids were with him and he lost his job, even though the attorneys have determined that it is his job to pay this since he owes me so much and was collecting support from my paychecks for 15mths because the IV-D people wouldn’t answer the calls from me or my attorney to see why they had not enforced the court order to stop all of this. I got the lien removed in June, 2009, the wage garnishment they finally took care of in September, 2009 but they obviously forgot to inform the IRS because they just took every cent of my return. I can not survive without this money…I am raising our kids with no help from him, he doesn’t even see them anymore; I am a single parent and have twins that are younger than the 2 I have with him (their father pays but he doesn’t make much so its like 50 a week); I am in school full time and just lost my job 3weeks ago because I could no longer afford the child care. Oh btw the ex I am referring to works for the Railroad and makes approx 4000.00 a month… He has shown that he could care less what the court or the lawyers say as he never returned a penny of the support he collected when he didn’t have them, and I am terrified that he will spend the money before anyone opens on Monday and then they will say “oops, our mistake” and order him to pay restitution at 15.00 per week on top of his current support (which he never paid or pays so I have to wait till March to start receiving it thru the wage garnishment. I have never heard of so many court people being involved in a case and then making so many mistakes. My child support modification was pushed back because the IV-D office found 5 or more mail tubs of mail in their basement from March-April of 2009 unopened and made everyone refile like nothing ever happened. I lost money there, lost money when he kept the cs payments he wasn’t supposed to, lost when the judge told him he better pay the support to the clerk until the garnishment took effect, and now they took this. My car is broken, my bills are due, my kids need things and I am a step away from having a breakdown. There should be someone I can call or fax the court order to so that they can reverse the transaction but every number I called is a recording and no one is open….Anyone who has a law degree or a real legal know how PLEASE HELP ME!! Its not fair that they can mess up my life like this and I am expected to … “I don’t even know what they could possibly expect me to do”….Oh and of course, I live in indiana…..
Ok thank you so much…I did get that number and left a message and will definitely call them again Monday (and again and again till they answer and help me…lol) I was so freaked out about them saying it was already direct deposited and figured it meant to him….whew….THANKS SO MUCH!!!

What are my rights when a state that I no longer reside in is trying to collect a tax debt that I dont owe?

19 Apr

I lived in Virginia an 1996, but moved to Texas in 1998. This year 2008 I got a call from a collection agency saying I owe VA state taxes for 1996. This is the first I heard of it and I know I filed state taxes that year but I no longer have proof. They have not sent proof I owe them anything, I requested it more than 30 days ago. This collection agency is threatening to garnish my wages and my bank account for the money. What are my rights?

Can I get in trouble for claiming tax exempt on my W-4 if I don’t meet the quilifications listed on W-4?

11 Apr

I hate giving IRS free money. I’d rather pay them back when I file my tax return. Can I get in trouble by checking ‘exempt’ on my W-4 for at least a portion of the year?

How can we estimate our state income tax for April 15 when we don’t know whether we will be liable for taxes ?

28 Mar

only way that we would actually pay state income tax is if at the end of the year we have a significantly amount of capital gains. Generally we cannot know this until we receive the capital gain information at the end of the year. We are both retired and our retirement income is not taxable. Ordinarily we would be liable to pay Pennsylvania State Tax in Estimated Payments.

Is it true if you don’t live in Washington DC you don’t have to pay taxes?

25 Mar

Why should I pay taxes if no law requires it?
Ted has offered 50k to any one who can show him there are laws saying you must pay taxes. He said people pay taxes to keep IRS from harassing them. That there are tax codes but no laws.
What do you say is it true that we are decieved by the IRS & they scare us to pay taxes when we shouldn’t have to?

Do you believe in any of this information?

Why Pay – if no law requires it ? – www.abodia.com/irs 12/17/2008

Save $ 100s or $ 1,000s ! Learn laws & Supreme Court decisions – Don’t be fooled by news media. updated 21 Oct. ‘08

The Truth will set you free. Main Stream news, TV, books, education all close the doors of your thinking.

Million have discovered this information, but main stream will not include it.- Researchers are fighting for your liberty..

——————————————————————————–

Only 4 groups of people need to file & pay – you’re probably not one ! Maybe 3 % of US population who works for Federal Government.

Laws changed little, but there’s progression of writing confusing rules to keep you from knowing fundamental facts.

Fed. Inc. Tax doesn’t go to US Gov., but to PR Trust , then to Int. Money Fund abroad, where bankers ferments more wars.
Many beat IRS administratively (out of court) and in court. Know the law, you prevail.

According to former IRS agent, 67 million have quit filing and paying income tax.
Court cases defeat IRS. You benefit from knowledge, not show in news, TV, etc. – simply learn the actual laws.

- President Ronald Reagan’s Grace Report determined 2/3 of income tax is wasted – not a dime goes to any U.S. government program or service. It goes to private lenders. Our federal income taxes do not go to our US government.

From my research, I’ve found many reason you are not liable, and may step from their control.
You best advantage is based on gaining knowledge, and taking proper action.

Some have lost in court because they were not clearly informed, or did not take the proper action.
Learn from those who have successfully defeated the IRS.

——————————————————————————–

Tom Cryer, Louisiana lawyer beat IRS in Federal Court Summer 2007. His web site offers much useful information and a course of action. He has spoken to millions via radio, like Coast to Coast to show obvious point why he and most have no liability for inc. tax.

Tom Cryer, LA attorney freed ! acquitted by federal jury of 4 counts of IRS. He’s not paid taxes for 10 years. WorldNetDaily.com

Know this is real case. Send $ 6 to court to get copies of Fed. Court Docket. Go to Truth Attack web site to learn more.

- 861 Evidence – Flash slide show

Tax law has not changed for decades, but the code interpreting and explaining IRC has changed many times, making it more confusing and harder to understand, so more people pay, not knowing the simple truth of why and how they are exempt.

in 1928 ? about 3.9 % of population paid, those in federal government, not private citizens, as the law dictated – then & now.

IRS Commissioner admits tax is voluntary & many drop from their rolls, 35 million at one time. NY Times noted many dropped out.
Supreme Court rules anything in conflict with constitution is null & void. Income Tax law compromises your 2nd & 5th amendment rights.

There are many legal reasons to Not File and Not Pay Income taxes – much is outlined here. Excise / appointment.

——————————————————————————–

Only these 4 groups of people need to pay Federal Income Tax

- those who live or work in Wash. DC, PR, Guam, federal territories
- those working for US federal government

- those that make income from foreign (overseas) transactions
- foreigners living in the united States who derive income in USA.

Wm. Conklin offers $ 100,000 reward to any who can prove we’re required to pay taxes.

Only those people. Most US residents do not have to file or pay income tax. IRS does not have laws or audit authority over most people. Constitution guarantees you Freedom in pursuit of life, liberty & property. IRS is foreign private corporation for profit working in US.

Income Taxes don’t go to US government, but to overseas bankers. Highway taxes pays for roads, property taxes pays for schools & programs.
