I know the Prosecuting Attorney’s are not suppose to be putting mandates over Sheriff’s Departments But, that is exactly what is happening in Eaton County, MI . During two (2) separate calls I made to Eaton County Sheriffs Dept about my neighbors that without my permission Bulldozed over my trees & cut them up & took even the wood in order to make 4-wheel ATV trails all through my my woods. During the time two police officers were out on the call they physically saw one of them on their Bulldozer/Bobcat Trespassing onto my property while we all watched. They just finished telling me since if they eye-witnessed a crime they would be able to make a arrest. So of course I expected an arrest. Then they told me about the County’s PA’s Corruption. They both told me and also recommend to contact their their Supervisor If they did not believe them so I did And he confirmed what they told me & felt the same about the PA being allowed to put these type of mandates on his department.They all told me they felt horrible & ashamed of not being allowed to perform their duties and make the arrest(s) Do to mandates made by the EC PA? They even told me to complain to the Commissioning board of EC about this injustice. Only to find they are corrupt all the way though. The board would not even respond to my request.
This only gave the green light for our psychotic neighbors (Father & son) to continue terrorize our neighborhood from the day they moved into our once peaceful neighborhood (These 2 continue using their criminal vindictive minds to constantly harass & intimidate all of their neighbors (So when I did a little back ground check on the little son and found out to no real surprise to any of us. He truly is a criminal to boot with 4 felonies & 5 years in the State prison). So this explains the fact whey they lie easier than tell the truth. They are so evil they somehow convince the police by twisting the facts around getting them to believe that any of several neighbors that have called them on countless crimes they have made. With zero arrest. Disgraceful!! Please I am speaking out for our whole neighborhood I need to find out who to contact private, government, news what ever group or organization that will take this seriously and investigate this corrupt County Government & do something about. These neighbors still haven’t stopped and continue as of today to terrorize us all.
