Why do we need ANOTHER lawyer running things?

14 May

Our Congress and Senate is infested with lawyers. They have made a huge mess of our tax laws, refuse any kind of tort reform, and are always looking for a victim class to come to the rescue of. Why on earth do we want to make one President again? Are we not sick and tired of lawyers running our country?

Child support question running out of time can you help?

21 Apr

My ex-husband owns a business and is not being honest with his earnings. He told the judge he hasn’t filed 2006 income taxes and that his construction company he currently owns is opperating at a loss currently and is providing no proof. He has recently spent $25,000 on defense lawyers for a molest case involving my daughter, in the same month he is claiming the loss for. He owns property he’s not claiming and I know for a fact his company is making a profit. At mediation the judge ordered him to provide 2005 tax records. What documentation do I ask for him to provide to prove exactly what he makes and to show what property he currently owns title to? Please help If you have serious family law experience or are an attorney only. I am a single working mother. I am only asking for guideline support amount but my daughter deserves the correct income for calculation.
I can’t afford an attorney. What exactly do i ask for in my declaration regarding documentation and how do I subpoena his financial records. Thank you so much!
