I have an upcoming state tax audit, how do I show money I contributed?

17 Apr

My business shows around $5K – 6K income from my personal bank account from where I placed money in to help with expenses. This amount appears in addition to normal sales. I also show $4K – 5K leaving my business as a draw that goes back into my personal account. I file Schedule C as a sole proprietor. I did not include this money coming into my business from my personal account as revenue. I also did not include any draws from my business as income on my personal tax return. It’s more like a flow of money between the accounts. Is any of this considered income? If so, where do I report it?

What tax form do I use to amend last two years to show property tax paid & not reported?

28 Feb

I didn’t show actual real estate property taxes paid by my mortgage company for 2007 and 2008. What tax form do I use to amend my tax returns for those previous years so I can get credit for the property taxes paid and not reported? The property taxes paid in 2009 I will show on my current tax return for 2009.

Can somebody show me the law that says I have to pay an income tax?

22 Feb

1) No, I’m not a tax protester.
2) Yes I’m asking because of information I’ve heard from a tax protester.
3) No, Title 26 does not specify that YOU have to pay an income tax, nor is the IRS tax CODE a LAW.
4) The 16th Ammendment was never ratified.

and

5) What do you think about the film, America Freedom to Fascism where numerous IRS agents, tax lawyers, and congressmen have come out and said “There is no law that you have to pay INCOME tax”. If you haven’t seen it, I highly encourage you to watch it and get back to me on it.
Link to movie:

I’m looking for a serious answer not funny people.

If you really can answer this question, there is I think a pot of $2 million waiting for you.
