I use Turbo Tax every year, and it looks like this year is full of improvement. Turbo Tax remains the #1 tax software in my book!

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years, and it seems that each year they make the product easier to use. I like using this product and believe the results are better than what most CPA’s could provide, and for a lot less money!

Have used TurboTax for years. It gets the job done quickly and neatly. I am having some problems with the 2009 software and have been in contact with Intuit to resolve. They have been helpful, but problem is intermittent and hard to resolve (tool bar drop down menu’s will not remain open more often than not to allow clicking on function choice) but does not affect the program itself, just an inconvenience for the user. We un-installed and reinstalled from a web downloaded file and did not resolve the problem. The only program on my PC that does this (didn’t you know that the machine are user is always the problem – never the software – LOL).

This is a good price for the product. I’ve been using TT for years, and was previously a part of their automatic shipment program. But this year I stopped after I realized that they were charging me full retail for the same product I can get from Amazon for much cheaper.
The download version is more cost effective, but I wasn’t in a hurry and still like having something to hold in my hand when I buy something.
The automatic updates to the program are timely, and they have a decent support site that is integrated well with the application. The user forums at the support site are very popular and provide some good tips.
The interview process used is complete, being able to switch between interview and forms fill is very handy and easy. Printing and filing and checking the filing status are all relatively painless. Filing fees can be paid by credit card, and direct deposit information can be entered for your refund, if you are lucky enough to get one.
I have used this product for several years for creating Schedule C’s and have found it easier to use than some other packages.
I did not have any problems installing this package on Windows 7 64-bit. I have already updated a few times without issue as well.
All in all, a good tax package at a good price.
